Sónia Swanson | VP Operations

At Allegory, Sónia is a project and operations manager, and thus queen of organizational Tetris. She loves to turn chaos into beauty, and uses her creative mind to either improve a situation or simplify the most complex one.

Sónia is passionate about music and has dabbled in playing several instruments. One of her favorite projects involved her role as development director at KCSS, her college radio station. Sónia spearheaded a large concert fundraiser, combining her gift of organizing and love of music. It was a great success and led to several more fundraising concerts.

Seeing her ability to organize concerts, a local band asked her to be their manager. Over the next few years, Sónia spent most of her free time creating promo packets, setting up tours, selling merchandise and rocking out at shows.
